Hours and Location
We request that prior to arriving for your Beyond Stress appointment, you read the following massage/spa etiquette guidelines. These guidelines are meant to ensure a satisfying and relaxing experience for all of our clients.
- All cell phones should be turned off or set to vibrate to ensure that your relaxation, as well as that of other clients is uninterrupted.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Because of scheduling constraints, if you arrive late your session may be shortened or your appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day.
Our Policies
- We require name and contact number when appointment is made. Also, please advise us of any allergies at that time.
- Clients are required to fill out our client intake form. All information is confident and will not be released to any one without written authorization.
- We require a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments. The fee for not canceling within a 24-hour period is 50% of your service that was scheduled.
- If you do not show for your scheduled appointment:
1st time: Fee is 50% of your scheduled appointment
2nd time: Fee is 100% of your scheduled appointment
3rd time: Dismissal of services - All clients are draped with linens during massage and body treatments.
